Delivery
We deliver both in Switzerland and internationally.
VAT
All our prices include the Swiss VAT of 7,7% - or European VAT. In May 2022 we opened a shipping point within the EU. It does not matter if you are in Switzerland or in the EU, your VAT is included in the price. You have no additional customs or import duties.
Duties and Taxes
If you are located in the European Union, we will send you the goods from the Eurozone. It means that you will not be liable for the EU VAT – we will. If you are located elsewhere in the world (outside the EU and CH), your order is subject to local import formalities. We will however make sure that the customs process goes smoothly. In any case, make sure you know the maximum value for duty-free imports for your country. If your order exceeds this amount, drop us a line so that we make sure that everything goes hassle-free.
Insurance
If you wish to insure your goods in transit, we can insure it at dispatch. This option costs 1 EUR per 100 EUR of declared vaulue of the parcel. You can choose this option at the same time when you choose delivery.
Delivery time
All items for sale on our site we carry in our stock, they are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. If an order date falls on a public holiday in Switzerland, we dispatch your order as soon as working routine resumes.
Shipping costs for Switzerland
We charge from CHF 7.00 for the packing and shipping of your orders in Switzerland. From CHF 300, the shipping costs in Switzerland are free, as long as the delivery can be made in a single shipment. Please note that shipping costs will be charged in the event that the value of the order drops below CHF 300 after a return of goods.
International shipping costs
We ship internationally. For Europe, delivery prices start from 9 EUR and vary depending on the country of destination and the weight of the parccel. It is calculated automatically in the orders section.
Return of goods
All orders can be returned for a refund in case the buyer is not happy with the purchase. All returns are accepted if made within 14 days from the reception of the order. All goods can be returned if they are new, unused, were stored in odor-free environment. Goods should be returned in the original package. We reimburse you all postage fees if the return was made for the reason of quality failure in our goods.
